How should LISTERINE® TOTAL CARE GUM PROTECT MOUTHWASH be used?

  1. Twice daily, after thoroughly brushing your teeth. 20 ml dose, equivalent to 4 teaspoons

  2. Rinse around your mouth for 30 seconds

  3. Use undiluted

  4. Do not swallow. For persons aged 12 years and older

  5. Refrain from eating and drinking for half an hour post rinsing

Keep out of reach of children.

Not suitable for use in children under 6 years. 

Do not swallow. 

If large quantities are accidentally swallowed, seek medical help or contact a poison centre immediately.

Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. 

Stop use and ask a dentist if oral irritation occurs. 

If using fluoride supplements consult your dentist. 

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
